Situated about 42-km from Bhubaneswar , Atri is best known for its hot sulphur spring and the Lord Hatakeswar temple. The water temperature remains a constant 55 degrees-centigrade and is believed to have medicinal properties.

The countryside leading to the spring is particularly pretty and just a drive to reach there is well worth the effort. The Bathing complex here is a craze among the visitors.
